Longines Hydroconquest

The Longines HydroConquest Collection has established itself as one of the most iconic collections within Longines, distinguished by its focus on precision. Initially launched in 2007, the HydroConquest collection represents a perfect combination of sporty aesthetics and the technical demands of professional diving watches.

One of the defining elements of the HydroConquest collection is its water resistance up to 300 metres (30 bar). The case, available in stainless steel or combinations of steel and ceramic, is designed to withstand corrosion and impact. The unidirectional bezel with a ceramic ring enhances legibility and wear resistance, a vital feature for safe diving.

The movement driving the models in the HydroConquest collection is the L888 calibre, a self-winding movement exclusive to Longines, based on the ETA A31.L01. This movement offers a power reserve of approximately 64 hours. All models are equipped with a silicon balance-spring for greater resistance to magnetic fields and superior thermal stability. Although originally designed for diving, their elegant and sporty aesthetics make them equally suitable for everyday use in more formal contexts.

In terms of design, the HydroConquest collection is known for its clean and functional dial, available in a variety of colours, from classic black to blue and green, with matt and satin finishes that minimise reflections underwater. The Super-LumiNova® coated hands and indexes ensure optimal visibility in low-light environments. The screw-down crown and crown protectors are present on all models.
